All Frontiermark lamps are handmade to order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for crafting, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch preparation.

During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.


SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier availability and your location.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
