At Frontiermark, we only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue

Because every lamp is handmade to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for change of mind or orders already in production/shipped.
